Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States and 18 years or older. Employees of Cumulus Media, affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

One Winner Per Family Per Contest:
Only one individual per household or family may win a prize per contest. A “family” is defined as individuals living in the same household, whether related or not.

One Contest Win Per 30 Days:
Individuals may only win one contest every 30 calendar days, regardless of the contest type or prize. If a winner is found to have won a contest within the last 30 days, they will be disqualified, and an alternate winner will be selected.

Entry Rules:
To be eligible, participants must follow all entry instructions outlined in the contest announcement. Entries that are incomplete, late, or do not meet the stated requirements will be disqualified.

Prize Acceptance:
Winners must claim their prize within 7 days of notification. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Verification:
Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility, including identity and residence.
